Enclosure: 40 gallon breeder aquariums are suitable for juveniles, once full grown, 90 gallon aquariums are preferred, with a substrate of aspen, cypress, and coconut shavings or mulch

Temperature: A gradient of 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit on the cool side and 105-115 degrees Fahrenheit on the basking side and full-spectrum UVA and UVB lighting per day is recommended

Humidity: The enclosure should be kept between 70%-80%

Diet: Juveniles should be fed 4-6 calcium-dusted medium crickets, roaches, or superworms every day, and adults should be fed 8-10 calcium-dusted large crickets every other day, you may also try to feed your lizard fruits and vegetables as well though it they not always eaten
