Size: Adult females usually range from 5-9 inches

Lifespan: Adults usually range from 4-6 years

Enclosure: 10 gallon aquariums are suitable for juveniles, once full grown, a 20 gallon long aquarium will need to be provided, with a substrate of coconut shavings or mulch

Temperature: A gradient of 65-70 degrees Fahrenheit on the cool side and 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit on the basking side and full-spectrum UVA and UVB lighting per day is recommended

Humidity: The enclosure should be kept between 40%-50%

Diet: Both juveniles and adults should receive several appropriately sized calcium-dusted crickets or mealworms every other day
